Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Favorites Widget Pro, provided by Guy Gubi, handles information when you use the iPhone app, visit favoriteswidget.app, or contact support.
Contacts and device permissions
Favorites Widget requests access to your contacts so you can choose people, display their names or photos in widgets, organize them into groups, and start the actions you select. Contact information is used for these app features and is not collected by Guy Gubi or used for advertising.
You can change Contacts permission at any time in iPhone Settings. Removing permission may prevent contact widgets and related actions from working correctly.
Analytics and diagnostics
The app may collect limited device identifiers, product-interaction data, and crash diagnostics for analytics and to improve reliability. As disclosed in the App Store, this information is not linked to your identity. We do not use this information for third-party advertising or sell it to data brokers.
Purchases
Downloads and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Favorites Widget does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple's terms and privacy practices apply to those transactions.
Support communications
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device and iOS details, screenshots, and a description of the issue. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain support records. Please do not include private contact details or other sensitive information in screenshots.
Website and hosting data
This website does not use advertising trackers or website analytics. It is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Those providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and strictly necessary security cookies to deliver and protect the site.
Their handling of that information is governed by the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain service records, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. You may ask us to delete support correspondence associated with your email address, subject to any records we must retain by law.
Children's privacy
Favorites Widget is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Service providers may process technical information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal and contractual safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app, website, or legal requirements change. The revised date above will show when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be communicated where required.
